Volunteers help our residents feel seen, supported, and capable. Whether you have an hour a month or a particular professional skill, there is a place for you.
- Mentoring and encouraging women in the program
- Leading life-skills, parenting, or wellness workshops
- Helping with employment readiness — résumés, interviews, job searches
- Assisting with events, drives, and community outreach
- Offering professional skills (legal, financial, medical, counseling) on a volunteer basis

Safety first. Because we serve women and children, anyone who may interact with residents is asked to complete a screening and onboarding process. This protects the safety, privacy, and dignity of everyone in our community.
