Our Program

A structured, supportive sober-living program designed to help women move from instability toward sobriety, stronger families, employment, and independent living.

What we are — and what we are not. Stepping Stones Recovery is a structured sober-living program. We are not a hospital, a detoxification center, or a substitute for licensed medical or behavioral healthcare. We help connect residents to those services through trusted partners.

Supportive Sober Living

A stable home, shared responsibility, and a community that has your back

Residents live in a stable, substance-free residence with clear house expectations, shared responsibilities, and a supportive community of women who understand the recovery journey.

Individual Recovery Planning

A plan that fits your life

Each resident works toward personalized goals — addressing recovery, employment, family, finances, education, health, transportation, and housing — at a pace that fits her circumstances.

Direct vs. referral services. Some support is provided directly by Stepping Stones Recovery; other services are accessed through independent outside partners. We make this distinction clear so you always know who is providing your care.

Transition Planning

Preparing for a sustainable next step

From the beginning, residents work toward a sustainable next step — including permanent housing, reliable employment, continued recovery support, and a stable family environment — so progress continues long after the program.
